Question 1

How do I start Mong Mong?

Accepted Answer

Welcome to the first step toward healthy smartphone habits! 🎉 Set daily goals and rules with your child in the [Garden Promise Settings] on the parent menu. Once saved, your beautiful 30-day garden journey begins immediately. 🌱

Question 2

🍎 When and how do Golden Apples appear?

Accepted Answer

If the 'Failure Count' reaches 5, the 'Golden Apple Revival Mission' appears as a last chance before a lock! If your child completes a parent-set mission (e.g., read for 30 mins) and you approve it, 2 failures are deducted. (Note: Golden Apples have a 1-week cooldown 😉)

Question 3

🎁 What is the Surprise Box?

Accepted Answer

It's a bonus event that pops up when your child hits certain milestones (like 7 days or a streak)! 🎉 It reveals a 'Secret Gift' (e.g., Theme park trip, Pizza) prepared by parents to motivate them through the 30-day journey. ✨

Question 4

🔑 What is the Special Pardon Ticket?

Accepted Answer

It's a master key for parents to instantly unlock the child's phone if it gets locked at 7 failures. Use it if your child reflects on their actions or needs the phone for an emergency. It restores today's target time too! 🔓

Question 5

💳 How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Mong Mong Premium is a pass you buy once for the period you want. 🌱

:: 1 month ₩3,900
:: 3 months ₩9,900 (₩3,300/month)
:: 6 months ₩17,900 (₩2,980/month)
:: 12 months ₩29,900 (₩2,490/month) 🔥 BEST

Passes do not renew automatically, so nothing is charged when a pass ends. If you buy a new pass while one is active, it starts right after the remaining period.
Your first 30 days are free, starting the day your child's phone is linked. ☕
(Outside Korea, the store shows the price in your local currency.)

Question 6

💌 How do I get the Friend Invite reward?

Accepted Answer

Good things are better shared! 🎁

1. Open [Friend Invite Event] in the parent menu and send your 6-character referral code to a friend.
2. Your friend enters it in My Page under [Have a referral code?].
3. Once your friend's family links their child's phone and uses Mong Mong for 3 days, both of you get 1 extra free month.

:: You earn 1 month per friend, up to 12 months in total.
:: Each account can enter a referral code once, and two people cannot enter each other's codes.
:: You can follow the status in My Page under [Billing & Benefits History].

Question 7

🔴 It says the connection to my child's device is lost.

Accepted Answer

Oh no! 😥 Check if your child's phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. If the internet is fine, completely closing and restarting the Mong Mong app on the child's phone will reconnect it.

Question 8

🌙 I changed settings, but the screen didn't update right away.

Accepted Answer

Don't worry! 😊 To prevent confusing your child mid-journey, any goal or rule changes take effect right after tonight's daily cutoff (settlement), when the new day begins. Your changes will be fully applied by tomorrow morning!

Question 9

🔑 After reinstalling the app (or switching phones), it asks for the family code.

Accepted Answer

Don't worry! 😊 Logging in with the same account usually reconnects automatically. If the code screen still appears, open Mong Mong on the parent's phone, go to [My Page] → the 'Family connection' card, and enter the 'Family code' shown there (2 letters + 2 digits) on the child's phone. Entering the same code brings back your garden and records. 🌳
