Mong Mong (the "Company") values members' personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and Apple App Store / Google Play Store standards for children's data protection (including COPPA).
The Company collects only the minimum personal information required for sign-up and smooth family-service linking.
① Items collected: social login unique identifiers (Apple ID token, Google account identifier), profile nickname, and invitation code for family linking.
② Information generated during service use: daily smartphone usage data for gamification rule adjudication, 30-day loop progress, and reward achievement records.
① Identity verification and secure invitation-code linking between parent and child accounts.
② Providing core in-app features (gamification logic) such as apple falling and Golden Apple revival missions, and syncing their state.
① Where a child under 14 (child member) uses the service, the Company requires prior sign-up by a legal representative (parent member) and an explicit consent process via unique invitation-code entry.
② Children's personal information and usage statistics are never used for marketing or ad-targeting purposes, and are never provided, sold, or shared with third parties or external partners under any circumstance.
① In principle, member personal information is permanently destroyed in an unrecoverable manner without delay upon member withdrawal or a request to unlink accounts.
② However, where retention is required by relevant laws, the data is safely stored separately for the period specified by those laws.
