Effective Date: July 4, 2026
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the child smartphone-habit gamification service and related services ("Service") provided by MongMong (the "Company").
① "Service" means the family smartphone-use agreement, Apple Tree garden gamification, and reward (Carrot) management platform delivered through devices (smartphones, etc.).
② "Parent Member" means a member who agrees to these Terms and holds the authority to set and manage the child's smartphone usage goals and Carrot (reward) budget.
③ "Child Member" means a member who is linked via a unique invitation code created by a Parent Member and who practices the smartphone-use agreement while tending the garden.
① To support autonomous engagement, the Company provides an independent 30-day loop system based on the start date.
② When a smartphone-use promise is broken, a visual notification of an apple falling from the tree is shown, and apples are restored upon completion of a Golden Apple mission set by the Parent Member and the parent's approval.
① Names and figures such as "Carrot," "Vault," and "Allowance" shown within the Service are virtually calculated gamification tools intended to motivate healthy habits between parents and children.
② This Service is not a banking or electronic financial business; no actual cash deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, or financial transactions occur within the app.
③ The Company assumes no financial or legal payment liability for the actual payout or settlement of accumulated virtual Carrots; such matters depend entirely on the autonomous agreement and performance between the linked family members.
Members may at any time request to unlink the service or withdraw membership via the settings menu or My Page, and the Company will destroy the account data immediately in accordance with applicable law.
